Cara Brook is a Professional Organizer and Productivity Coach in Dunedin, FL.

Cara Brook is the owner of Organize & Simplify, LLC.  She is a life-long, Type A, structured person who makes every attempt to loosen up and be more spontaneous every chance she gets (in other words, when she schedules the time for it). 

Cara’s organizing talents were passed down from the generations before her.  Her grandmothers were very organized women and passed those skills on to both of her parents who, in turn, passed those skills on to Cara.   Because of the sharing and passing down of organizing knowledge she experienced first-hand, Cara believes everyone can learn how to be better organized and productive.  There is no “organizing gene” some might feel they are missing and certainly no one is ever hopeless.  Everyone’s definition of “organized” is different and Cara embraces them all.

Cara is a Professional Organizer and Productivity Coach. Since 2004, she has worked with clients to tackle their seemingly endless piles of paper and electronic information, and create a sense of order among busy households and offices, allowing them to become more efficient and productive in their daily lives.  Cara is a Past President of the Connecticut Chapter of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO).  She is a 2009 Fairfield County Connecticut “Forty Under 40” Award recipient and a founding member of the FOCUS Organizers Consortium.  In the summer of 2019, she brought her organizing skills south and relocated to Dunedin, FL.
