The Be Brave Podcast was a passion project for Cara (Brook) York and Patty Durell from October, 2021 – June, 2023. Our mission was to highlight everyday women by sharing their stories of courage and strength. Below are links to the 38 episodes we recorded, along with a brief synopsis. Even though we are no longer recording, we want to keep these interviews available for those who would like to hear them. Listening to a story that is similar to your own, can be very therapeutic and helpful in letting you know that you’re not alone.
